Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

Yes. In accordance with UK consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

What conditions must returned items meet?

Returned items must be:

  • unused and undamaged
  • in original packaging
  • complete with all accessories and protective elements

Are return shipping costs covered?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
